All of the conveyor belts that we stock at AB Conveyors is manufactured to DIN 22102 and BS 490 standards, and our C15 and C25 chevron conveyor belts come in a range of grades in order to suit a number of different applications. Not all grades are available in all widths, please contact us for your specific requirements. Chevron conveyor belting has a special profile to make sure that increased angles in inclination are an option, this is in direct comparison to that with a smooth surface.
C15 chevron conveyor belts have 15mm high cleats and are suitable for use on inclines between 18 to 30 degrees. They are supplied as EP 315/3 grade base belt in widths from 500mm to 1200mm.
C25 chevron conveyor belts have 25mm high cleats and are suitable for use on inclines up to 40 degrees. They are supplied as EP 400/3, EP 500/3, and EP 630/4 grade base belt in widths from 800mm to 1600mm.
